Wonderful weekend ...

We had a great weekend here in Southwest Austin! Nothing huge really, just really enjoying each other. It seems that as Claire turns 7-months old, we have settled in to what "normal" looks like for the three of us.

We went to dinner Saturday night with a good friend we met when we first moved here who moved away about a year ago. We miss her.

Sunday was a great day at church and then lunch with friends. Ethan is still serving from 8 am - noon on Sunday mornings. He heads up the High School worship band and helps coordinate and plays either guitar or bass. He loves it and the students love him. I'm so thankful God gave him this opportunity.

Sunday night, Ethan and I went out for Valentines Day. We had a college girl come over and watch Claire and we went out for Amy's Ice Cream and a movie. So thankful for my wonderful, loving, considerate, selfless husband. He is so good to his family and get's better with every year that goes by. I'm thankful for the blessing of falling in love and the greater blessing of being a part of a love that grows beyond our wildest expectations.

Ethan started a new schedule today. It's bittersweet. He works from 12:30 - 9:30 pm. Thankfully, I'm at home now so we have the mornings together which was really nice. When Claire goes down for her nap we can take turns going to work out.

The weather has finally cleared up after two weeks of rainy cold. Ick! Today Claire, Darby and I went to town lake to get some exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather.
