Busy week ...

This is the lovely hill country view from my window at work. A bit cloudy today.

Not too much exciting news. Can't believe it's Thursday already. More or less mid-October. We have been loving Austin's Fall weather up until today .. it's like 68 degrees today and feels SO cold. I think 85 is just perfect!

Ethan and I have been fighting off colds with Vitamin C. Hoping not to get sick ...

Girls Dinner on Tuesday night at Z Tejas was so fun. I always forget to take pictures but will do that soon. A new friend has joined our group and we just love her. We were planning a night at El Arroyo tonight with our SW group but the sudden weather change has given a couple of us colds ... next week for sure.

Ethan and I had a night at home last night which doesn't happen very often! It was nice but we found to much around the house to keep us busy. Hoping for more nights at home together in the near future.

Still no word from Apple. I think we will both be really surprised  if he doesn't get the job. However, like all things, we only want it if it is where God wants him. We love West Austin so much and really don't want to move out of the hills. However, a cool rental in downtown Austin would be pretty sweet. 

Mom and Dad are getting us tickets to fly home on December 5. That will be a year since we were last in Missouri. This has been the fastest year of our lives. 

If we haven't mentioned this lately ... we LOVE living in Texas! :)
