Weekends ....

It is so beautiful here today! It makes me so happy! It is supposed to be 78 - 80 degrees tomorrow and I couldn't be more thrilled. I do love our super short winter here in Austin. Cooling off a bit is nice for a few weeks, but we are so happy to have such warm weather.

I do want to steal a photo from Jen and Mark's blog to show off my friend Megan's new baby girl. Most people will tell you that newborns aren't always the prettiest ... but Allie is GORGEOUS! I hope our little bug will be half as cute as Allie!

Look at that cute little body! Ethan and I are loving baby photos from all of our friends ... we are dying to squeeze those little toes and hug that soft skin! 

(Yes, even in his manliest moments he will admit he can't wait!)

Ethan has tomorrow off and we are so looking forward to a beautiful day together. We aren't quite sure what to do with ourselves. There has been talk of heading to the Zoo or Safari Park and I need to work on my photography assignment due on Monday. We'll see what happens. Either way, I'm so happy to start a family in this part of the country. There are so many cool things to do just a short hour a way. A Saturday at a great zoo or Sea World ... a quick weekend to the coast ... or a quiet weekend on the lake here in Austin. So excited for family trips!

In between people visiting, planning baby showers and welcoming new babies ... I'm excited about having a garage sale at a friends house in March. As we start moving a lot of boxes out to the garage for storage, I'm seeing A LOT of stuff I'm so ready to get ride of. I'm ready to simplify as much as possible before baby gets here. 

Now I'm just rambling to kill time before I leave work ...
